We are so sorry to learn about Jimmy's

Dear Marcia,
My heart goes out to you and the family. Both Jim and yourself have had such a lasting impression on the person I am today. I have so many memories of dinners, seders, music discussions, sports debates, and so many more things that were instrumental to my young adulthood. Someone as witty and vibrant as Jim, will not just be remembered but he will be missed deeply by many. Our hearts are with you at this time.
With Love,
Bobby, Marjorie, Ella and Cole

Marcia, Elizabeth, Danny and Diane,
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of Jim. I have so many memories with him as well as the rest of you Adelmans. From all of our fancy, gourmet dinners, to Ravinia to the many rock concerts Jim and Marcia attended with us.
Your entire family is in our thoughts. Jim was a wonderful friend to our family. He will be missed. May his memory forever be a blessing.
Much love,
Ed and Rochelle Donahue

We really enjoyed the times we had together for many years, and reading the Trib was the way we found that Jim passed away. We do remember the great dinners and Ravinia gatherings we had together, and hope that this can come about again after this terrible virus is not with us anymore. Gila and I enjoyed being with both of you some time ago and she was saddened just as much as I in reading the notice. We do hope that all of you can look forward with chin up high remembering the years that he was with all of us laughing at jokes . Jim, in our estimation was a high standard guy, with intelligence above most that are in our daily lives. All we can say is please accept our sincere sympathies and hopefully we can see each other again and start over.
