A great person who I enjoyed working with and he taught me so much.
Loved to listen to his panio playing he had so much talent.
He was a really talented cook and to be fed by Jim was something special.
BUT MOST OF ALL I feel so lucky having known and worked with him, a really great person and I like to think that I am a better person for knowing him.
God bless you Betty Jim always spoke so finely about you, I hope that life will be kinder for you in the future.
