Always enjoyed Jim when visiting the Payette family. He was a good guy. My Condolences and thoughts. I remember he signed his name on the new cemented sidewalk on Euclid avenue back in `67 and it remained forever as he will be remembered as well

Dear Susan & John,
Just reading Jim´s obit has rocked me. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. My visits home ALWAYS included terrific time together at Mike´s; Jim and Old Style and long talks, serious and absurd. It got so that he was as big a draw for me as anything and anybody else at Goldy´s. Oh, our crowd thins. Well, I have a stash of Old Style down here and I´m about to hoist a couple to one of the best, a true DOOPer and a great guy, your brother Jim.

Skøl, brother!
