James Simpson Obituary

James Michael ''Jim'' Simpson, age 56, of Naperville, devoted son of the late James Sutherland and Rita, nee Killeen, Simpson; beloved brother of The Hon. Judge Mary Karen (Van A. Larson) Simpson; adored uncle of Bridget Killeen Larson; cherished nephew of the late Catherine Killeen; many other aunts, uncles and cousins in the Chicago area, Iowa, Ireland and Scotland. Mr. Simpson practiced law for over 30 years, concentrating in labor law and trial litigation. Memorial visitation Wednesday 5 to 8 p.m. at The Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Family and friends will meet Thursday 10 a.m. for a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. Raphael Church, 1215 Modaff Rd., Naperville. Inurnment will follow at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Naperville. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Simpson Family, P.O. Box 185, Batavia, IL 60510. For info, 630-355-0213.
