I remember my Uncle Jim as a most kind and loving man who combined refinement and dignity with a boyish quality that never changed. I have wonderful memories of the spirited and affectionate exchanges between him and his brother John, my father, at family gatherings over many decades and I will keep them forever. I just wish there had been more times together. Uncle Jim, you will be greatly missed by all of us. May you now be granted "....an easy journey, a safe lodging, and peace at the last".
