It's hard to find words to express what Jim has meant to me. From meeting him at 12 years old, until now, I could write a book. He was more than a best friend...he was my one constant & even when we fought like a brother & sister, we always ended with "I love you". The pain is now ours...he is free & at peace. I love him with all of my heart. May God grant peace to all of his family & may knowing that you had the best give you comfort.

Jimmy was one of my dearest friends. He was incredible in his capacity to lift up my spirits and think positive thoughts. He was also one of the kindest animal lovers I have ever met. I will think about Jimmy sitting above, with wings, telling me to go to the gym and exercise instead of being a loaf. My love, Jimmy.

So many great memories me and now my family had the honor of sharing with Jimmy. We always knew it was going to be a great time if Jim or "Uncle Jimmy" was going to be there. You don't need to be blood related to be family...and he was truly family. Some of the funniest memories were playing "Catch Phrase" with Jim on a family vacation in New Smyrna Beach FL....so funny!!

Jim was a kind and giving person - and a very talented musician/vocalist. His generous parents let our rock band "Vanishing Point" practice in their basement in the 70's. Some of the most fun times in my life were spent "hanging out" with Jim and his many, many friends after a band practice. He will be missed by all who had the opportunity to know him. My condolences to his family and many friends.
