Jen was my second mom. She always took so good care of me whenever I was over at The Parisio´s house. She was amazing. She would go out of her way just to make you feel at home. Jen inspired me to get into things I love doing today like photography. She had such a strong interest in my pursuit of photography when I took it in highschool. She even let me use an old school 35mm camera for one of my projects. I´ll never forget her. She once went out of her way for me to get me Krispy Kreme donuts when I visited the family down in South Carolina because we didn´t have any here in Chicago. I will always remember the first time she made her family recipe of the famous Irish Spaghetti. Yum! I could say a million things about Jen but she will be sorely missed! Love you my second mom!

My sister Jen was an outstanding person in every way. She was a talented occupational therapist, and a master gardener later in life. She was so giving and kind. I miss her so much. I can't believe she is gone. My one and only sister that I loved so much. She was a accomplished gymnast and even made the cheerleading team in high school. Whatever she tried, she was good at. Art, cooking, gardening, you name it. She could do it. I miss her so much and will think of her every day.

My condolences to the Parisio and Parker families. Jen and I went to Junior Prom together in 1978, I remember a lot of laughs, a lot of good times and the friendship of the Parker family on Wesley Ave in Oak Park IL.
I'm very sad to hear of Jen's passing. To Katy and Matt, I hope you're well.
I'll keep Jenny in my prayers.

My mom was always such a happy, fun loving person. She had so many hobbies throughout the years like macrame, cooking, painting, to maybe her favorite thing in the world, gardening. Nobody within a 50 mile radius had a garden as nice as mom did and you never saw her happier than when she was in the garden planting something new. That is of course, until her granddaughter Joanna was born and she could share her artistic talents with Joanna who has stated when she gets older she "wants to be an artist like granny." We will miss you owe so much mom.

Jenny and I met in the "XP" program at Oak Park River Forest high school. From day 1 we became fast friends. I remember driving around town in her yellow Chevy Impala with the white top, laughing uproariously about every little thing. She had the coolest job at Sound Source. Although our lives went in different directions after high school (she went on to a successful career in occupational therapy, marriage and raising two boys; I drifted from job to job until finally finishing college and landing a career as an editor and writer), we stayed in touch over the years.
I was devastated to learn she passed away. Jen was a shining beacon to so many. Her light was snuffed out much too soon.
I send the Parker/Parisio families my deepest sympathies for the loss of your beloved daughter, sister, wife and mom. She was a special, special person who will be missed deeply.

I remember the time in DesPlaines when Mary and I were so relieved that Jen was "found" after she wandered from 475 Radcliffe. I enjoyed Bulls championship games with Jen, Chuck, and the boys.

I remember holiday celebrations and my sister Coralie would always be playing with Jenny. Fond memories of all us little urchins running around.

My prayers and thoughts are with the Parker family. I have many fond loving memories of Jenny growing up on Hayes avenue. Jenny was such a kind, caring and gentle soul, very loving and giving. I will always smile when I think of her. God Bless Jenny. Craig Kimmel

Jen and I were very close. We shared many things. Our friends, musical tastes, and our love of life primarily.
I can´t believe she is gone but I´m only the better for having been her Big brother. I will never get over this loss but we all will carry on with our memories, and one day be together again. I love you sis!

Jen took me to her class "Show and Tell" when we were really young. My Mom dressed us alike even though we were 3 years apart but it was so sweet!!!!! I will miss her forever.
