Jerry DeMuro, 87; beloved husband of Carol, nee Christensen; devoted father of Nancy
Arteaga (David Rasmussen), Joan (Neil) Alcorn and Donn (Nancy) DeMuro; dearest grandfather of Katie and Sean DeMuro; dear brother and best friend of Anthony (Angela) and the late Louis (Geraldine) and late Donald (late Anna Mae); fond uncle of many. Jerry was a Corporal in the U.S. Army during WW II and he received The Bronze Star Medal. Visitation Monday, Oct. 13, 8:30 AM till time of services at 10:15AM at Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home 80 E. Burlington St. Riverside to Ascension Church, Mass 11 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven. Further info contact 708-447-2261 or

Donn and Nancy,
I always looked forward to Jerry being at Veteran's Day Programs. You could tell how proud he was to have served his country. Please accept my sympathies on your loss.
