WE LOVED JAY LIKE ANOTHER GRANDSON. WE SAW THE LOVE THAT HE AND EAMONN HAD, A LOVE MOST PEOPLE LOOK FOR AND NEVER FIND. JAY WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS AND MIND. I KNOW HE WILL LOOK DOWN ON EAMONN AND GUIDE HIM THROUGH THIS.

Your wings spread out across the sky; a feathered nightfall that etches your memory into the darkness while your name is whispered into the night. We feel you, your spirit warm and pressing against our hearts like a cat. We need not search for you, for you live now in a stitch in time that never breaks.
We look up and find you amongst the many stars. Above us is an image of a boy, a man, learning and seeking, growing and teaching, guiding us all with a soft word and a strong grasp of our hands. We see the light of a cigarette that draws us into your stories. We hear your laughter crossing the galaxies.
Then the image, like the night, fades into dawn, and the dew teases the buds open while the stars find their rest. Come the night, we look again at the grand cathedral of the midnight hours that holds your star. And ever after your eyes shine as the very eyes of the crow that carries you on through the days and nights of forever.
