John Banner Obituary
72, of Chicago, IL passed away on March 12. He was born on June 30, 1949 to John Robert and Helen (née Murphy) Banner. He is is now joined with his beloved deceased son Trey Banner.
He is survived by his daughter, Britt Banner, and his loving siblings, James (Laurell) Banner, Kitty (Bob) Seemann, Ginny Banner, deceased brother, Dennis
(Susan) Banner and his nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held Thursday, March 17 at 11 am at St. Norbert Catholic Church, 1809 Walters Ave., Northbrook, IL 60062. Johnny was a legend to all those who were fortunate to know him.

Whether he was kayaking on the chain of lakes or climbing some mountain somewhere, i will always remember johnny´s beautiful sweet smile and those smiling Irish eyes.. Rest in peace my friend, and my heartfelt condolences to all the banner family.

My condolences to the entire Banner family for the loss of Johnny. I was so very, very fortuante to be great friends with Johnny, especially over the past couple of decades. I will miss him tremendously. His wry sense of humor and cracking wit will be so missed. I laugh just thinking of some of the things he'd say. Ahhh, Johnny. Fare thee well in your future journeys. I hope we meet again. I miss you. :(
