Dizzy, what have I done? You watched me grow up into a man while we did community theatre together and somehow after you moved to Berwyn we lost touch. You've been on my mind constantly, but I obviously waited too long to track you down. I prayed I was reading about the wrong Dizzy till I saw the reference to Barbra Streisand, now I can't stop crying cuz I'm too late. May you rest in peace dear friend, I'll see ya when I get there.

I remember Johnny from the 50-60's in Chicago when we were at Schley and Tuley. His family was always warm and welcoming to everyone. My mother was a friend to Johnny's mom, Mary, another wonderful person.Johnny was so talented and friendly that everyone was drawn to him. All will miss him. I still remember how he sang "Danny Boy" with all the gestures and pathos he could ring out of the song. Many condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Diz because he changed the date of his annual pre-Thanksgiving gathering, so that he could attend a 40th birthday celebration for my brother, Tony. That evening I met the kind, funny, light-hearted but high-spirited man that my brother ALWAYS spoke so highly of. It was obvious to me that all of those who knew Diz, admired and truly loved him. My condolences to Joe and all of those who had the priveledge of having Diz in their lives. I know that he will be deeply missed. Rest In Peace.

Dear Dizzy, we will miss you, buddy. This world surely is a sadder, less spirited and a more boring place without you. We will always love you.

Dizzy was such a thoughtful and extraordinary person. He always made me feel welcome and loved. I think of him often when I'm in the kitchen as he took the time to teach us how to cook in a way that only he could. No measurements, much laughter, and the food was always out of this world. As fun as he was, I appeciated his serious side, as well. Diz always had the best advice and he gave it to you straight. His impact on my life was great. My heart goes out to Joe and John at this significant loss. What a treasure to have a father so deeply loving, genuine, and caring as Diz. He will dance on forever in all of our memories with that wonderful smile. To Barbra Steisand, no doubt.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your Dad. Your Dad and I went to the same High School and road the train to downtown for years. We shared a mutual friendship with Sonny and Nita Pasko. I will always fondly remember "Dizzy", his friendliness, his smile, his compassion and caring nature. Always a dear dear friend. Rest in peace Johnny, Rhonda Pesch
