John P. Fleming, C.P.D., retired, of Norwood Park, formerly of Edison Park. Beloved husband of Kathleen, nee Gillato; loving father of Linda and John Fleming; proud grandfather of Danny Fleming; dear brother of Donna (John), Frank (Kathy), Kenny Fleming, the late Irene ''Cookie'' (Harry) Forbes and the late Richard Fleming; fond brother-in-law of Joseph (Susan) Gillato; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday from 3 until 9 p.m. at The M.J. Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago. Funeral Wednesday 9:30 a.m. prayers at the funeral home to St. Juliana Church. Mass 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Michael's House, 1759 W. Adams, Chicago, IL 60612, appreciated. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
