John Manczko Obituary
John Walter Manczko, age 88 of Grayslake, died Aug. 29, 2007 at the North Chicago VA Hospital. He was born on Dec. 1, 1918 in Chicago to John and Mary, nee Kielbasia, Manczko. John was a member of St. Gilbert Catholic Church and the V.F.W. Post 9420. Survivors include his children John (Penny) Manczko, Mark (Richard Trojanowski) Manczko and Jim Manczko; his siblings Joe and Dorothy; and numerous nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his wife Virginia, his aforementioned parents, and his siblings Ted, Frank, Wanda, and Susan. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007 at St. Gilbert Catholic Church, 301 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake. Friends of the family may visit from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
