JOHN PECIS Obituary

John G. Pecis, age 79, of Western Springs, beloved husband of Kathy, nee Bowers; loving father of Katie, Annie Gauthier, John (Deborah), Melissa (Richard) Koehler, Vince (Jenny Kolinski) and Stephen (Kelley); devoted grandfather of Hannah, Ricky, Kelly, Adeline, Caitlin, Sophie, Sarah, Henry, Calvin and Matthew; dear brother of Adeline Van Beek and Mat O'Toole. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 10 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Family and friends will meet Saturday, Sept. 11 at St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 Wolf Rd., Western Springs for Mass at 9:45 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials in John's memory may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Funeral info, 708-352-6500.
