Jonathan Sullivan Obituary

Jon Sullivan, 39, left this life suddenly in the early hours of December 31, 2015.Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jon is the cherished son of bereaved parents, Dan and Nancy. He is fondly remembered by his twin brother, Patrick, and older brother, Dan (Catherine). He leaves two nephews, Thomas and Peter Sullivan, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jon will always be remembered by those who loved him for his kindness and great smile. All who knew and loved him will dearly miss Jon. Services are pending. Memorials may be made to The Mim and Neil Sullivan Scholarship Foundation, Loyola Academy, 1100 Laramie Avenue,| Wilmette, Il. 60091-1089
