Dear Anne, John, Mary, Kathleen & Eileen Biggins, I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. The last time I saw Joe was at St. Pat's HS. We were all thick as thieves back on VanBuren (West Side). I will keep Joe in my prayers. To Joe's wife & children, I'm very sorry for your loss.
