Beloved husband of the late Dorothy E., nee Garlanger; loving father of Dorothy (Louis) Coppens, Dr. Joseph (Janet) Moisan, Mary Ann (Ronald) Krupa, Dr. Leonard (GiGi) Moisan, Phyllis (John) Gianopolous, Thomas (Cherie) Moisan and Patrick (Cindy) Moisan; fond grandfather of 17 and 18 great grandchildren; dear brother of the late Wilbur Moisan. Army Air Force Veteran of WWII; Air National Guard Engineer; Chicago Dept. of Housing; Chicago Fire Academy Instructor; Member of Chicago South Elks Lodge #1596; and Post #854 A.L. Funeral Monday, November 22, 10:15 a.m. from the McKenzie Funeral Home 15618 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Forest to St. Damian Church, Mass 11 a.m. Interment private St. Mary Cemetery. Dor and Lou, My brother Mike called to tell me about your dad, so sorry. Have since had our own tragedy. Our Tony died suddenly on Nov 26th at our home. Funeral was on the 1st. Am heartbroken to say the least. After all he has gone through. Death notice in the trib. Love and sympathy to you all, Peg

I went all through st. gabriel and leo h.s. with joe.Mr.Moisan as he was known to me was a good honorable man.I have many good memories of my conversations with him.He was a good loyal friend. My condolences to the extended Moisan family. Joe Feldman
