Dear Marge and Family,
I regret that I've been out of town for the past couple of weeks and was not able to personally extend my thoughts to you.......Joe was one of the more significant influences in my life --- both professionally and personally......for the past 21 years I have managed my own legal office (with approximately as many as 28 people within it) with the same type of respect, professionalism, and humor that Joe exhibited during my 5 years with him at the Milwaukee RR.......I'll miss him dearly as your family will, but I know that I'll continue to strive to emulate his impressive personal characteristics.......P.S. ---- and if you ever doubted my personal fortitude, try getting along with your husband for 5 years in my role as an ardent SOX-fan !!!!!
Love, Ed O'Donnell

Barb & I were blessed to know Joe and Marge & daughters. We have met many families in our lifetime, but we never enjoyed a family more than yours. We will always have great memories of every moment we spent with known family members. God bless Joe and the entire family.

Katie, I remember all the "Joe Nagle" stories, and your fishing outings with him, from our old AC days. I just lost my mom on July 5 and know that the best thing for you all will be to laugh and remember those great stories. I'm sure he wouldn't have it any other way. Take care and give thanks for his wonderful long life. Hugs, Lu

I am measurably diminished by the passing of my vivacious, funny, and generous friend Joe Nagle. He was a touchstone in my life for fifty years. Fortunately, he will live on in my memories - his bright smile, his lively eyes, his keen wit, and most especially the easy way he had of making me feel like what I had to say was the most important thing in the world. God bless you, Joe Nagle, and when you get to the pearly gates be sure to tell St. Peter the stadium blanket story.
