Very late, very late....I learned of Judy's passing through today's much delayed High School Reunion news letter. Judy and I were good high school friends. It was during the time of the Beatles "Hey Jude" and I had so much fun teasing her. Judy Judy Judy Judy Judy.......remembering you and such innocent times from rather long ago...!

Many long years ago, we met at that harbor for brothers and sisters in the dharma, The Temple of Kriya Yoga. Thank you Judy, for the beautiful friendship, spirit and smiles that we shared. I send meditations for healing, strengthening and uplifting as you wish.

To Judy's family and friends, I offer sincere sympathy in your loss.

Judy was a woman of great strength, enormous courage, and deep compassion.

In an e-mail exchange a few weeks ago, she reminded me that forgiveness is a prerequisite for healing and personal growth. This simple but profound lesson from her is one that I will always cherish.
