My deepest condolences to Aunt Julia Ann's family.
This year has been one of many reflections, especially with the loss of Mom (Julia Ann's sister), and my brother, Craig. Mom certainly enjoyed going to the Breeders' Cup with Julia Ann and Jack when it was held in Chicago. It was the thrill of a lifetime for her. Craig was also welcomed into the Jones's home on his visits to the "Windy City".
Although I never made it to Chicago, I fondly remember Aunt Julia Ann's visits to LaPlata and to our home in Lynchburg.
My thoughts are prayers are with you all.

Deepest condolences to Aunt Julia Ann's family. This year has brought back a lot of reflections, especially with the loss of Mom (Julia's sister) and brother Craig. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her visit to the Breeder's Cup when it was held in Chicago. It was a thrill of a lifetime for her. I know Craig was welcomed into the Jones's home whenever he visited the Windy City. I never got to Chicago, but fondly remember Aunt Julia Ann's visits to LaPlata and to our home in Lynchburg. I know she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

A child raised as a farmer's daughter, sister to my mother and her sisters and brother; Aunt to me, my sisters and brothers, and to many others; Wife to one spouse and another; Mother to two lovely daughters, grandmother to her grandchildren, and a friend to so many others; but singularly a godmother to me.
She touched many with her spirit and now her spirit lifts to heaven. God bless Julia Anne as we were all blessed to have known her.
