My most sincere condolences to The Family. I will never forget Karen and the knowledge that she passed down to me concerning my employment with Utilities, Inc. She became my friend and my mentor in the work place. May God Bless each of you.

I, too was a former employee of Utilities, Inc., however I worked out of the Columbia, SC office. I just recently retired after nearly 30 years of service. I have many fond memories of Karen. She was a very lovely and sweet lady. She was so considerate of everyone around her and I believe she never made an ememy. I will cherish my fond memories of her. With deepest sympathy, ... Dolly H. Dear Herbst Family,
When I started working at Utilities,Inc. 18 1/2 years ago, Karen was my trainer. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me over some rough spots over the years. I grew to repect and love her for who she is. We always got along so well and shared many laughs as time went by. Several of us visited her last year and we all had a great time. Last week there was a Utilities workshop and we were actually talking about Karen and how we learned so much from her and how we missed her.
I will always remember her fondly and as a dear friend. She will always be in my thoughts and in my heart.
Know that she was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this tough time.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Adrienne Krugler
