Kathryn Madsen Obituary

Kathryn Ann ''Kay'' Madsen, nee Hansen, of St. Charles, died May 19 at age 74. She was preceded in death by daughter, Jayne and sister, Carol Soma. She is survived by husband, Kenneth; children, Mark (Kelly) Madsen, David Madsen and Jill (David) Krupa; grandsons, Eric, Nathan and Matthew Krupa; and brother, Edwin (Bertha) Hansen. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 1 at Geneva Lutheran Church, 301 S. 3rd Street, Geneva. Burial in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst. Memorials may be made to St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. 6th Ave., St. Charles, IL 60174 or VITAS Hospice Care, 580 Waters Edge, Suite 100, Lombard, IL 60148.
