I am so sorry for your loss, Lisa was a very special person. I first met her back when I was 16 at Sportmart. I know she will be in the hearts of everyone who she came across. My thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family of her.

I was privileged to have grown up with Lisa graduating with her from both Covington and OLCHS. I always appreciated her kindness and sense of humor. She was always a class act and a sweetheart.
A fond memory I'll never forget is dancing with Lisa at our 20-year high school reunion.

My condolences to the Bukowski/Pollard families. Coaching Lisa at OLCHS was one of the highlights of my career. My favorite memory was the conference meet in '88. We needed to win the 4 x 4 to be champions. Lisa was the anchor and even though she just finished the mile only 15 min earlier, she held off Sandburg's best runner to seal the victory. She was so talented! Lisa, Rest in Peace.

I wish I could be there to support you guys in your grief - baaahhhhhh, the tyranny of distance. May the memorial service be as joyous as such things can be, tempered with such incredible sadness.
