Edward Steven “Ed” Bukowski, 83, of The Villages, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026.
Born January 20, 1943, in Erie, Pennsylvania, Ed proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, attaining the rank of Airman Second Class. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Gannon University. He spent his career as a financial controller at General Electric and Glenn Electric.
He is survived by his children: Cheryl Bukowski of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; Craig Bukowski of The Villages, Florida; and Lori Daniels of Delray Beach, Florida. He also leaves behind his grandson Ethan Daniels of Delray Beach, Florida; stepson Chris Dunham of West Hollywood, California; sister Renee Brown-Wagner of McKean, Pennsylvania; and his cherished nieces and nephews: Brandon Keck and Kimberly Murphy of North Jackson, Ohio, and Cole Brown of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Kelly Troup of McKean, Pennsylvania. Ed was preceded in death by his beloved wife Judith Bukowski; and sister Sandy Keck.
After moving to Florida in 2005, Ed enjoyed an active retirement as a member of the Villages Aviation Club and loved softball, golf, and bowling. He will be remembered for his dedication to family, service to his country, and steady, thoughtful presence.
