Lori was one of these people that you don't forget.
She and Al were my first clients and great friends since then.
Lori's honesty and integrity made her a truly special person and a valuable advisor in many occasions.
Her energy and optimism was contagious.
She saw opportunities everywhere and potential in every human being.
She was a fenomenal supporter for any crazy enterprise that one could imagine. We had so much fun coming up with several of them over endless and delicious meals, with the help of great Spanish wines!
So many happy memories. With her, anything was possible!
I will miss her deeply.

Rest in peace my dear friend. I love you so much.

I remember Lori and Al from McDonald's in Deerfield. I attended their wedding, 35 years ago. Such happy and carefree times then. Al, I'm truly sorry for your loss. God bless. Tania Haskett

Lori could light up a room and had an ability to get everyone excited to accomplish whatever needed to be done. She provided invaluable advice and will be sorely missed. We will keep her family and friends in our prayers.

My deepest sympathy to all of you, of course in particular to Al and Janice. Seems like only yesterday Lori was running in and out of her office at 401 N Michigan, working on one project or another or bragging about her grandchildren. Please know my prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

Warm regards,

Dear Alan and Lori's family:

Such a beautiful service today. She was an inspiring and vital person. The world is a colder place without her warmth. Please accept my deepest sympathies on this very great loss.

I am so sorry to hear this news. My mom also sends her condolences. I remember with warmth and smiles time together in Michigan with all of you and regret losing contact and not having spoken to Lori in so much time. She had a great smile and a great humor. Love to all of you

I only knew Lori for the last two years as we both moved into 3750 at the same time. Her warmth, humor and drive was so apparent to me within minutes. She loved Alan, her family and career.

I am deeply sad for the loss of Lori especially for her family and long time friends.

To the Brown Family- Lori was always a joy to be around. She enjoyed her family so much and reached out to others. Her contagious laugh and zest for life inspired all of us. Lori will be deeply missed.

One of the best memories we have of Lori is when we took Lori and Al around Spain playing hosts for them. We travelled together, visited Toledo, Bilbao, Madrid, Santillana del Mar, etc and enjoyed great company, food and wine for days. We reminded each other that another trip like that was long overdue.
Lori inspired me and many others as she was fearless and ready to take on the next challenge.
I will miss her.
