Lorraine Palm Obituary

Palm, Lorraine F. age 89 of Elgin, IL, passed away March 18, 2015. Lorraine was born May 2, 1925 in Elgin, IL and happily attended Elgin High School with close friends from elementary school on, graduating in 1943. She married Robert Palm on June 14, 1952 and were together for 59 wonderful years. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Palm; sister, Gloria Herrmann; son, Gregory Palm and parents, Frank and Edith Erdmann. Survived by sons, Michael Palm, Stephen (Pam) Palm, Charles (Brooke) Palm, Christopher (Cindy) Palm; daughter, Lorri (Greg) Abbot; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 1:00 PM at First United Methodist Church, 216 E. Highland Ave., Elgin, IL 60120. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the American Cancer Society.
