LouAnn was my graduate student at UIC and produced important research on the use of an infant test for parent education. Although she will be sorely missed by the PT community her contribution to knowledge will live on. My sympathies to her family.

I worked with Lou Ann at Comers until 2013. She was such an inspiration! As a nurse in the NICU, she still cared about our families. My son had bilateral club feet. When he was in varsity baseball, she showed me how to wrap his ankles for support. She did not have too, but that was her personality. She was the best!
