Mark Bolan Obituary
Mark Christ Bolan, age 55, passed away suddenly September 29, 2014. Beloved husband of Smilja (nee Nenadic). Dearest brother of Kim (Dan) Simic. Cherished uncle of Dusan and Dimitrije. Loving son of the late Peter and Dorothy. Devoted nephew of Helen and Walter, Louise and the late Robert Nogulich. Treasured Kum of Nick, Jeanette, the late Dr. George Nachich and family. Dear son-in-law of Ratomir and Lepa. Beloved brother-in-law of Slobodan (Lilja). Cherished uncle of Dusan and Vladimir. Dear to many family members and friends, both here and in Serbija. Mark was multitalented. He was a charter member of Comedysportz of Chicago and had an unsurpassed zest for life. Joy is a heartfelt sign of the presence of God. Mark spent his life sharing laughter, love, and joy with those fortunate to have known him. Vjecnaja pamjat. Funeral Service Saturday 10:00 a.m. Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave. Chicago. Interment Montrose Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with Pomen (wake service) at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, continued prayers are greatly appreciated. Mark always looked on the bright side of every situation and always made a point to make us all smile. May our faith in God give us the will and courage to help get us through this most difficult time. Mark was a genuine friend to so many and enjoyed life to the fullest.

We are so shocked at the sudden passing of Mark. I grew up with Mark starting with Sunday School. Mark always made everybody laugh and he would light up a room. Mark we will miss your smile, your laughter and the kind and wonderful person you are.
