Still missing Dr Steigman and how kind he was to me

Dr. Steigman was my therapist for over 40 years and I considered him my best friend. Together we laughed at the vagaries of life usually through Larry David and the outrage of Lewis Black. I have missed him these last few years. Now I can hold him in my heart forever. You never forget the person who taught you to laugh.

I was deeply saddened to read about Dr. Steigman´s passing. Back in the 1980´s I took several grad classes with him. He was also my thesis advisor. I learned so much from him. He was an excellent teacher. As thesis advisor he would look over my paper, make his comments, then tell me stories about his days at Texas. I talk about him often and will never forget how he helped me. I know he will be terribly missed. My sincere condolences to everyone in his family.

Our condolences to Flora and family.
We will always remember Marty as a great teacher and counselor. He had a kind heart and was very caring. We lived in the same neighborhood for years. He will be missed.

I worked for an orthopedic surgeon in the 80's at 5701 N Ashland and Dr Steigman also had an office there. I'll always remember his smile and how kind he was to me. Years later we met at a client appreciation banquet at the Skokie Hilton and he remembered me!! I was so sad to hear of his passing. May his memory be a blessed one
