We were so sorry to hear about Sister Honorata, She meant a lot to us. We have great memories and pictures of her and Sister Mary Alberta (Dads sister) visiting in Ohio. We can still see her and Aunt Alice in a canoe (in thier Habits) at the lake in Ohio, and the story about Sister Honorata's nickname "Hot Rod Rata"!

Sister dedicated her life to Christ. Over the years, it was clear that the lives she touched became part of her family, and she became part of their families as well... I never realized that those two things were perhaps the same, that dedicating your life to Christ meant creating a larger family... To all of those lucky enough to have had their lives touched by Sister Honorata: The Order, Mary Queen, Lorna; I am so very sorry for your loss. Love and prayers, d

Sister was our counselor, our leader, our teacher our antagonist and our friend.
Sister was a sports enthusiast, a lead foot, a short person, a backbone of the parish, and one smart cookie.
Thank you for being there & being you.
Rest in peace Sister Honorata.
