Dear Carrolls,
I have such fond memories of the times I spent with your family as a child. I used to envy Rorey for having the cool, sweet older brother I always wanted! So, so sorry for the loss you are experiencing. It is obvious, by so many posts, that Mike was beloved by many. He left the world a better place, and clearly left a beautiful mark on those lucky enough to know him. I wish you all peace and comfort.

Mike, Maribeth and family, God's blessing to you and your family at this very difficult time. May you find comfort in the arms of Our Lord. We are so very sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. When we received the call from Roberta we were. in disbelief and we still cannot believe this happened, we are not supposed to outlive our children. Michael touched a lot of people's lives and all who knew him are all the richer for that. Words can't express how saddened we are, Michael will be truly missed

It seems as if it was only yesterday that I babysat for Kathleen, Mickey and Rorey and that the "little jelly man"(Mickey) would chase us kids in the basement after his lunch of PB&J was smoothered all over himself. So many great memories of the Carrolls!! Deeply sorry for your loss!!

Our family was heart broken when we heard to news of Mike's passing. He would brighten up a room with his smile. Rebecca-"Rebie" said Mike always had a kind word for her from when she was a small child to her young adult life as a college student-
