I am so sorry to hear this news. I worked with Michael in the early 70's when I was just starting my career as a copywriter and Michael had great advice and all the patience in the world! Peace and blessings to his friends and family.

My sincere condolences to Mike's family. I've worked with Mike at a couple of stops over the years, and he was always a considerate and respectful person to me. I've thought about him constantly over the years, and will miss him even more now. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time.
