We had a very nice tribute here @ the Veterans theater and....
they honored veterans who passed away, so yes I was able to register your name along w/Joe´s.
We picked up Helena so she could attend it too, we took her to lunch afterwards & she was so happy to see us& spend the day w/us.

Hoppy Easter to my favorite Easter Bunny!
It was low key here @ our house for Easter. Tim wasn´t feeling good, but did come over & make a plate for himself. It was still nice w/Cathy, Patti & Valli. We all ate too much & had a lot of food left over.

Gator patrol checking in. It´s April, almost Easter, with warmer days increasing. With the sun comes our friends the alligators basking in its warm rays. Even in the early evening hours, they´re catching as much sunshine as they are able. Saw this fellow after dinner tonite in an active golf course pond that most times gives us a view of our favorite reptile! He was startled by the golf cart but quickly turned to see what or who had caused his scare. He quickly found he had nothing to worry about with us. It is nice finding gators more often! Wish you were here to tell us the spots where you´ve located them. For sure, we´ll be hunting them in the gorgeous paradise waters when we´re altogether again! Love you, buddy!

Spotted this guy on my walkabout this morning. I haven´t seen a gator in this big pond before. It´s a big body of water so I knew there´d be an alligator or two present; just never caught sight of one in all these years! It´s across the road from the south clubhouse. Now I´ll be sure to keep watch for this guy! Your gator watch signing off saying we miss & love you, Mikey!

Gator patrol checking in. Yesterday we scored four gator sightings! It was late afternoon & all were out catching some warm sun rays! Three guys were in that pond closer to your home. One was on the inactive golf course across from Falcon Watch. All pretty close to our homes! Unto next report, missing you & sending our love!

Hi Honey,
Ella got thru her surgery ok. Her team of Drs were pleased with the procedure & hopefully she will not have anymore issues down the road.
Ed & Vicky are able to stay with her tonight @ the hospital, which is really good. She´ll be in there a few more days yet.
Thank you & Our Good Lord above for your guidance & ask for your hands over Ella during her recovery period. I told Ella her Grampie would be right beside her & you were.

Well Mikey, I caught sight of a neighborhood gator today on Sandy´s birthday. I know you love them as much as I do! They´ve been few & far between. Tim thinks they removed the big ones from some of the ponds around. We certainly haven´t seen many.

Hi Honey,
I´m home safe n sound, thank you & The Good Lord above for my safe return. I´ve got one more trip back up there in 12 days & that should do it for the year! Get all my beautiful Angels ready for the Holidays & winter.
Everything was good as far as our house after the hurricane, we were very lucky. It´s always good to be back home.
Oh & how do you like my new/used car for up there? I thought it was a good deal plus Ronnie was w/me when I got it. With the price of rentals & I´m not sure how often I´ll be going up for my mom in the long run car rentals were getting quite pricey. You would really like the car nice & roomy & a comfortable ride.

Hi Honey,
I´ll be flying back home tomorrow morning. My dear friend Mary is feeling better, Prayer request for her as she still has some challenging days ahead of her.
We were pretty lucky in our area after hurricane Milton, the top our carport is gone, debris from the trees throughout Kings Point. Power lines down all over, Cathy said our power just came on yesterday, all of our food had to be thrown out, but again @ least we still have our lives & homes. Some people not so fortunate.
As always keep the friendly skies friendly & travel beside me tomorrow. Thank you Good Lord & my honey for keeping me safe.

Well buddy, we´re coming up on an anniversary date. It´s not one that we like to recognize but there´s no getting around it. Four years, Mikey. Your body is whole & healthy now for which we are so grateful to God. But four years is a darned long time not to go hunting alligators with you, laze at Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, snoop around estate sales on Fridays & Saturdays (half price day), eat breakfast, lunch & dinner together, hang around your front porch or out back in the mornings with coffee, or just plain old spend time together. Your angel wings are probably strong & beautiful & I wish we could see them working! We keep your memories fresh & alive in our hearts but geez, we sure do miss you still. Know how much we love you not just today on your angelversary but everyday! Always missed, never forgotten, forever loved.

I´m heading home after 2 months plus of being up in IL., it´s been a long visit up there & I'm ready to get home to our Smurf home where I feel you all around me!
Glor is on the mend & getting stronger every day, thank The Lord & everyone up there & here for their prayers, love & support for her & Mickey as well.
I´m by Pam´s for a few days, I´ll be leaving here on Thursday for home.

Had a pretty good day for driving I´m staying somewhere different this time, Monteagle,TN nice place a lil further west from Chattanooga, in fact I like it better than the places we stayed in Chattanooga. Hope tomorrow will be a good driving day as well. I know you´re right by my side as I travel these roads & keeping me safe.

Happy Father´s Day, Mikey! Missed you at dinner at your home tonite. Sandy fixed pork tenderloins & Alice made dumplings & gravy. It was a delicious meal with excellent company. Hope your celebration included all the food & people you love up there! Love you bunches ...

It´s your gator patrol reporting in again. Stopped at beautiful Lake Okeechobee on our way home from way down south in the Keys. (I know you & Sandy visited those pretty islands too!) We saw only ONE gator where we´d seen tens of dozens of them the last time we were at the lake. But this guy gave us a terrific show. He caught a fish in an area that they were jumping all over out of the water then he chomped on that meal for quite a while giving Tim & me a fantastic show. Wish you were there with us. You´d have enjoyed it! Love you, Mikey! XO

Gator patrol reporting in from the Everglades! We headed to a spot that normally has dozens and hundreds of alligators. But it´s started raining so we only caught three. Here they are, buddy, for your viewing pleasure! Will check it out tomorrow morning before we leave to go to the keys & see if we can catch more photos! Still love and miss you!

I´m back home to our lil Smurf home! Ahhhhh u know the old saying "there´s no place like home"
Thank you & The Good Lord above for flying along side me last night, it was a nice smooth flt.
Tim & Cathy picked me, always good to see the both of them!
I´ll be going thru my mail & getting some groceries in, then just back to my routine.
