Michael Roy Lowenstein, age 75. Beloved husband of the late Andrea. Loving father of Mitchell and Eryn Lowenstein. Cherished grandfather of Kyle Lowenstein. Dear brother of Jim and John (Pat) Lowenstein. Devoted brother-in-law of Rochelle (the late Sheldon) Ury. Michael was an active member of the Jewish War Veterans. Service Friday, 11:00AM at Temple Anshe Sholom, 20820 Western Ave., Olympia Fields, IL 60461. Interment Beverly Cemetery in Blue Island. To the Lowenstein Family, we are so sorry to hear about Mike. What a sweet and thoughtful guy! When we lost our parents and sister, Syd, Inez and Marcy Perlman, Mike came to every service or shiva. My parents thought the world of him. We are truly sorry for your loss.

Mike was a great man. He was very kind, funny and caring. He enjoyed researching things and helped me acquire a document which featured my grandfather and great uncle. I really appreciated his work on this. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Sheila Mina
