Neil Edwin Brandt, 75, died Monday, August 13, 2007. He was born September 2, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to Allan and Rose Brandt. Neil served in the US Army in post-war Europe where he met his future wife Leonore Weis. After Neil and Leonore were married in Germany, they moved to Chicago where they started a family. They relocated to Oklahoma City in 1980 when Neil took a new position with Lyntone Industries in Edmond, Oklahoma. Neil enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing cards, visiting with his buddies at The Dugout and was an avid fan of Chicago sports teams. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Anita. He is survived by his wife, Leonore; two sons Steven and Clifford; and a brother Robert. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent to Friends of Martin Park Nature Center, 5000 W. Memorial Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.

we were saddened to hear of Neil's death today. We assume that there already was a funeral as it wasn't posted in the paper. I will call Aunt Blanche to tell her as she would want to know. Our deepest condolences to your whole family. Larry Brandt's girls
