Noel Boretti Obituary
Noel C. Boretti, 85, longtime resident of Glenview, passed away, July 24, 2017. Beloved husband for 25 years of Therese Boretti nee Lynch; loving father of Dave (Sandy), Rick (Andrea) and Marion (Steve) Quiqley; cherished grandfather of Nick, Tess and Ryland Boretti, Kellen and Connor Quigley. Noel was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Navy; he recently was on the Honor Flight for veterans and had an amazing experience. He started the youth hockey league in Glenview and was active with the Men's softball league. He was also an active member and volunteer with the Glenview Senior Center. Noel was an avid Bears Fan. A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 3pm until time of the service at 7pm at N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd., Glenview (just south of Lake Ave. on west side). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Honor Flight Chicago, 938 W. Montana St., Chicago, IL 60614 (ph. 773-227-8387). Funeral information 847-998-1020.
