Dearest sister of Col. James A. U.S.M.C. (ret) (Jeannine) Pavlik and Janet (Richard) Modelski; also nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Saturday 9 am from RICHARD J. MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 12641 W. 143rd St., Homer Glen to St. Francis of Assisi Church. Mass 10 am. Interment private. 1975 graduate of Lourdes High School, 1979 graduate of St. Xavier University, Masters Degrees in Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology and Nurse Practitioner with additional certificates in many other fields. Aric and Andria,
I met your mom when she was a brand new staff nurse right out of college. She worked on the yellow module at Rush on 10 Kellogg back in 1979. When I read the other comments, I knew it was Pat. She had long, beautiful blond hair, impeccable nails and a bubbly and vivacious personality that could fill a room. I always wondered what happened to her, and see that she led a very accomplished life. However, I am sure she was most proud of her children, and I hope that both of you can take comfort in how much joy and happiness having you in her life must have brought her.

Andria & Aric,
I have know Trish through several years of exercise class. You could not be in a room with her without knowing or wanting to know her. She had an enthusiasm for life that was contagious and a pleasure to be around. I'm glad that our lives brought us together and gave me the opportunity to know her.

Dear Andria and Aric. I can't believe it was less than a week ago that your mom was talking to me about her plans for Halloween already. That's so her! Your mother had the biggest heart and the biggest personality! I've never met anyone like her. She was so affectionate, loving, funny, generous, kind and full of energy. She spoke to me so often about you two. You brought tremendous joy to her life. This past year was a happy year for Trish, and that gives me some succor when I think about losing her. I hope it gives you some solace to know that she was enjoying life to the fullest right up until her tragically early passing. I'm glad that she had you two and Rick in her life. You're in my thoughts, Andria and Aric. I loved Trish and will forever miss her spunky ways.

Trish. You bring life, and love to the world with all of your hugs, kisses, and wonderful ability to listen. You were and will always be my first friend in Oak Park, like a mother, a sister, and a best friend, you gave me unconditional love support, and many giggles. Boy did we have a ball together, cooking, decorating, cleaning, exercising and walking in the neighborhoods admiring all the Halloween decorations you loved so much. You lit up a room with your pearls, lovely pressed tailored dresses, coach bags, mink coats, and most of all your blue eyes that sparkled with joy and celebration. May you be smiling forever. I love you Trish.
