Patricia "Tish" Sutton

Patricia (Tish) N. Sutton (nee Burke), age 93, of Chicago formerly of Skokie. Beloved wife of the late Jim Sutton; preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Catherine Burke nee Gibbons and her siblings the late Mary (the late Adam) Teister, the late Catherine (the late John) Walsh, and the late Tom (Marirose) Burke. Fun-loving sister-in-law, aunt of many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, and great-great nieces and -nephews. Tish had many lifelong friendships, traveled widely early in her life, and was a very devoted sports fan. She was a passionate fan of the Chicago Cubs, as illustrated by her skipping school to attend the 1945 World Series, for which the nuns of St. Gregory the Great punished her appropriately. Her love for the Cubs continued on as she watched her favorite player, Billy Williams years later. Almost as important as sports, Tish never met a dog she didn't love. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, irreverent attitude, and catchphrases not suited for publishing in a family paper. Kid, you were loved by many and will be missed by all.

Visitation Monday, May 2, 2022, 9:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. at Old Orchard Road, Skokie, IL 60077.

Interment All Saints Cemetery.
