It was evident how Mr.Toon supported his community and tried to help all those he could. I'm sure he will be dearly missed and my prayers are with the family of the man who made a positive difference through his leadership and dedication to the service of others during his lifetime.

We have known Paul for 50 years. I (Mae Pennington Novak) lived in back of the funeral home on Forest Ave. My brother Bob spent a lot of time with Paul when they were young.

Paul and I were TKE fraternity brothers at Eureka college. He was one of the special guys who I always admired. My deepest sympathies to every member of his family.
