Phyllis M. Anselmo, nee Chute, of Carol Stream, formerly of Chicago, IL.; beloved wife of the late Joseph; devoted mother of Margaret (Lawrence) Collins, Kathleen (Terry) Hubble, and the late John Anselmo; dear sister of Dorothy Dillon and Robert Chute; dear grandmother of Brian (Christine) Maniscalco, Terra (Tim) and Joseph Hubble. Funeral Monday 9 a.m. from Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake Street, Roselle, 60172 (3/4 mile W. of Bloomindgale/Roselle Rd) to Lutheran Church of the Master, Carol Sream. Service 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 3 to 9 p.m. For info. 630-889-1700.

My Friend Phyllis,
I will always remember the fun times we had when we lived next door to each other for so many years. I chose you and Joe to be Godparents to Alana because you were
very special to me. I am sad that you have gone on to be with Our Lord but I am happy that you are no longer suffering and that you are reunited with your son Johnny and your husband Joe. I will miss you very much. Be happy. God Bless you
