Phyllis Mary Ziegler, nee Beamish, 71 of Glenview; beloved wife for 43 years of Warren; loving mother of Michael (Laura) Ziegler and Patricia (Richard) Becker; proud grandmother of Steven, John, Jean and Thomas. Visitation Friday, 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m. from Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. at Old Orchard Rd., Skokie to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1775 Grove St., Glenview, IL 60025, Mass 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. Dear Ziegler Family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your loss. I first met Phyllis when she was the president of the Woman's Club. I was in a Guild and had four very small children at the time. I only had the occassion to know her through a few Woman's Club and parish activities. And so it went all these years. Although I didn't know Phyllis too well, I surly enjoyed the friendshup we shared. In recent years, I mostly saw her at Mass, in her wheelchair, with you, Warren, at her side. She and I would exhange smiles and hugs -what a warm feeling just being in her presence. I was sad to learn of her illness & suffering over the years. I prayed for her - and she always told me she was praying for me, too. Of all the people I've met in my life, Phyllis stands out as one of the kindest. I felt lucky and blessed to know her.I will miss her, and I know our Parish family will, too. May dear memories bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead. In prayer, Bernadette (Ron) Marks
