Quinn Vanderbosch Obituary

06/27/90-12/27/20. Born in Wilmette, IL and lived in Golden Valley, MN.

Our beautiful and loving son, brother and partner has tragically passed away.

Quinn was preceded in death by his grandparents Arlene and David Pehl, Gordon Atchison, and Jean and James Vanderbosch.

He is survived by his mother Cathy, his father James, and his 3 brothers, Jake (Sarah), Richard (Jamie), Daniel (Ben). Quinn was loved and will be missed deeply by his life partner Kevin and his dear friend Tony. Mourned by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved dearly. Please keep your thoughts and prayers for Quinn close to your heart and remember him always as the incredible and caring man he was.

Services not currently planned due to the COVID-19 restrictions. In memory of Quinn, please send donations in his name to the Good Sports Foundation at Goodsports.org, which provides sporting equipment and opportunities to underprivileged youth across the country, an initiative Quinn believed in throughout his life.

I have a lot of memories of Quinn from California,St. Francis and Mexico. Like the rest of his family was He was very good to me, Quinn was like a brother to me I will miss him very much and will think of Quinn every day and I will always remember Quinn when I eat or bite into a cookie and hold his last holiday gift to me close to my heart.

I know how excited you were to raise Zeke and move in to the new place with Kevin. I am so sorry you will have to watch from above on their lives. Zeke is quickly becoming the most well mannered pup, if he can get through his teething. I will miss you a ton, Quinn, and many lives are dimmer without your presence. Good thing you took so many pictures for us to have of you. Sophie named her new cat Quinn, the first of many kids and animals who will be named in your memory, I am sure. Rest in peace, and give Joebell and the grandparents a hug for us.

Cathy, Jake, Rico, Danny, Kevin, and Jim - I'm sending so much love. Quinn was very special. He connected easily with other people and he had a magnetic energy. He didn't hold back or put up walls, and we were drawn to him for that. And he was just fun to be around. Above all, I think of Quin as someone who wanted to be loved. So thank you to Cathy, Kevin, and family for loving him and supporting him. I love Quinn too, and I miss him, and I'll keep his memory alive. Please let me know if I can help in any way.

We always told each other "you're a blessing" before departing or hanging up the phone. We loved to tell each other we wouldn't gossip but when we got together the tea was spilled! Quinn was my rock. I will always carry him in my spirit.
