My heart is saddened by the news of Dr.Tepliz's death. He has and will always have a special place in my heart and memories. I will always remember how compationate he was. I would have no one else but him, replace my deceased father for "Dad-Daughter Date Night" 30yrs ago. My family sends thier condolences. Joyce, Jackie and Rick Sparacino

Dear Family and Friends- Ken and I had the enormous pleasure of meeting Raymond and Toni Teplitz. While we shared the same last name(nee Teplitz) we found we were unrelated. It didn't matter- we felt his enormous spirit and energy for life and caring of others. We miss him. Phyllis and Ken

Dr. T helped many family members for many years. He even got our doctor son to pursue that career. Our thanks and condolence to all the family. All our memories are fond, even from the waiting room.

Margie-
We spent lots of time together, along with Marianne Fumo, in 5th-6th grades so I hope you remember me. I'm sorry to read about the loss of your Dad. I've thought about you so many times--wondering where you are and hope to hear from you when you have time--

Twenty years ago (06/22/83), Dr Teplitz was the first medical profession wise enough to recognize and act on my need for treatment for alcoholism. He is largely responsible for the wonderful new life given to me and my family through sobriety.
