Raymond Waters Obituary

Raymond D. Waters, age 58, of Indian Head Park; Beloved son of Anna and Raymond; Loving brother to David and the late Andrea (Bryan) Walley; Proud uncle to Bernice Winn, Whitney Lawrence, Deanna, Rae (Kevin Owens) and Bobbi Waters; Nephew of Tom (Carol) Norffsinger and Jack (Helen) Waters. Raymond was a caring cousin and friend to many. Raymond spent his career as a licensed plumber. He was a complete outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and archery. He also enjoyed listening to music. Raymond was a kooky and fun guy. Burial will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations given to The Lighthouse for the Blind are appreciated.
