Richard G. Covey, Korean Conflict Marine Veteran, beloved husband of Fredell, nee Maranto; loving father of Lynda M. (Roger) Quagliano and Denise (Russell) Rau; devoted grandfather of Jordyn, Katie, Sydney and Morgan; dear son-in-law of Kathleen Maranto. Funeral Friday, March 18, 10 a.m., at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mount Prospect. Entombment Acacia Park. Member of Local #134 I.B.E.W. and Monday Night Men's League at Makray Memorial Golf Course. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the American Heart Association appreciated. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. 847-394-2336.
