ROBERT JOHN HELIN

ROBERT HELIN Obituary

January 22, 1928 - February 7, 2013. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Bob passed on February 7, 2013 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joan, sons Thomas (Pam) and Robert (Cathy), and daughter Kathleen (Jeff). Proud grandfather to Andrew, Jessica, TJ, Kristin and Jack. Bob was born in Chicago, one of six brothers, to Gustav and Sigrid Helin. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers William and Donald. Survived by his brothers Richard, James, and Thomas and sister-in-law Judy (Edward) and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
