My condolances to the Pununcialman family.
Bob and I were students at St. Aloysius grammar school many years ago. I remember the fun we had during those years. I can see he accomplished much in his life since those years.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Bob's family.

My thoughts are with you. I know growing up, your dad & mine were the ones who kept us in line at boy scouts all the time; lord knows; we needed it! I remember he also found the hooks we found in the roof that we used for our rope ladder to escape at our sleep overs. We always thought we were so smart, looking back on it, we didn't know much. My prayers & thoughts are with you.

Years ago, I found comfort in these words written in the Book of Wisdom of the Old Testament:
"The souls of the virtuous are in the hands of God, no torment shall ever touch them. In the eyes of the unwise, they appear to die, their going looked like a disaster, their leaving us, like annihilation; but they are in peace. If they experienced punishment as men see it, their hope was rich with immortality; slight was their affliction, great will their blessings be..."
Death is not the end of life. Rather it is a necessary passing point on the way to Eternal Life. We may not be able to see beyond our limited horizon, but surely there is a Realm far beyond what we mere mortals can see.
Nevertheless, the greater the love, the greater the loss. And words concerning the hereafter will bring little comfort to the here and now.
I am so sorry for this great loss of a husband, father, grandfather and friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob for many years at GSA. In fact, he was my first supervisor when I joined GSA in 1971. We also belonged to the same parish, St. William's Church, until I was married in 1974 and moved to Hammond, Indiana. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the family and will keep all of you in my prayers.
