Robert Price Obituary
Robert L. Price, Sr., age 88 of Naperville, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully, Sun., Oct. 29, 2017 at Edward Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born Dec. 22, 1928 in Chicago to his loving late parents, Arthur and Katherine Price. Beloved husband of Rolanda L. Price, nee Cislak, wedded on Dec. 28, 1994. Adored dad of Robert L. Price, Jr., Deb L. (Stephen) Borroughs, Cindy Lou LiVigni, and Ronnie P. Price. Cherished grandpa of 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Fond brother of Dolores Bernat, Maryann Zinda and the late Edward Price. Robert was a proud US Army Veteran, serving in Korea. He dedicated many years coaching youth football in the Chicago Suburbs. Robert worked for the City of Chicago in the building department and in fleet management. He retired from the city in 2004 after 27 years of service. Visitation: Sun., Nov. 5th 3-7 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL 60540. Funeral Service: Mon., Nov. 6th 10 AM at the funeral home. So sorry to hear about Bob. He was such a great guy! Although it was long ago, I'll never forget your generous hospitality when Ginny & I visited Chicago. And, of course, the times you and Bob visited us in Jacksonville. He was a special guy who will be missed by all. May God bless you and the family.
