I've been overseas for the past 12 years. I served with Scott in the mid 80's in an Airborne Long Range Surveillance Company at Fort Lewis and remember him well. I just found out. Sorry for your loss!

Scott,
You had a way of making light of the situation and yet maintained focus on the objective. We had some great times and we had some times we just had to get through. But we always got through.
Great memories are a wonderful thing to leave behind.
Prayers for your family for peace and comfort.

Scott was a man who loved his family, friends and his country. He would always make me laugh. I guess it's our Hedstrom sense of humor. I already miss your phone calls and visits. Gone too soon. Until we meet again..
