Steven E. Vassilatos. Beloved husband of Penny nee Spathis. Loving father of Jenny and Eric (Demetra) Vassilatos. Dear brother of the late Spiros (Aleka) and Dionysis (the late Eleni) Vassilatos. Brother-in-law of Jerry (Mary) Spathis, Peter (Dena) Spathis, and Kay (Tom) Mourikes. Adored uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Family and friends will meet Saturday morning at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 2727 W. Winona St., Chicago, IL 60625 for funeral service at 11:00am. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Greater Chicago Food Depository 4100 W.
